Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
I'm not a huge cook, but I am pretty good with crockpots. Since it's almost Thanksgiving, I thought I'd share a crockpot chicken and stuffing recipe with you. Disclaimer: This recipe is not as good as your homemade turkey and stuffing on Thanksgiving (but it's still really gooood). This is better for a Friendsgiving when you're on a budget and want to make something easy and TASTY. Recipe type: Main Dish Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: 2 large chicken breasts (I used frozen) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1 box stuffing mix Nonstick cooking spray Crockpot Instructions: 1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray 2. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot 3. Pour the dry stuffing mix on top of the chicken 4.
