Hey guys! Just wanted to quickly let you all know about something new I’ve started in my life. I am now a Beachbody health and fitness coach! I have always worked out and been active, but in recent years as I’m getting older and my metabolism is slowing down (sigh…), and I started and drinking and eating a little more than I should… and I needed to get my health and fitness back on track. That’s when I discovered Beachbody. I started with T25 workouts and then added in Shakeology. T25 is a set of workouts that are very similar to Insanity, but for only 25 minutes!
